Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clearing the Rot for Gold offers tiered membership plans (3-month, 6-month, and 12-month). Each plan is a one-time prepaid subscription that grants access to the course curriculum for the duration selected. Access begins on the date of purchase and continues until the end of the purchased term.
We do not currently offer automatically renewing recurring billing. Your subscription will not renew unless you choose to purchase another term.
A free 30-day trial is available for Course 1. No payment is required to begin the trial. The trial grants access to Course 1 only; full curriculum access requires a paid membership. At the end of the trial period, access to Course 1 expires unless a paid membership is purchased.
Because memberships are prepaid for a fixed term, there is no ongoing subscription to cancel. You may choose not to purchase a subsequent term at any time — simply allow your current term to expire. To stop any future purchases, do not place a new order.
If you have an active membership and wish to discontinue use, you may stop accessing the platform at any time; access will remain available until the end of your paid term.
All course content is digital and delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access granted, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
We may, at our discretion, consider a refund request in the following circumstances:
To request a refund, email us with your order details. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and fairly.
